Skylight Books reading
Mike and I had a wonderful reading at Skylight Books in Los Feliz last Friday. We were extremely honored to be able to share our book with so many talented authors. We also had the privilege of meeting Christopher Rice, who emceed the event. I was sort of nervous before the reading, so it was comforting to hear Christopher say that he can’t watch other authors before readings because he gets so nervous. The reading itself went well, but the list I read about how you know when lesbians are really bi bombed with the predominantly Baby Boomer dyke crowd. Oh well. I guess ruffling a few feathers is one of the many perks of being irreverent.
